At Dome of Harrogate, we want you to be delighted with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our Harrogate boutique.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our returns processing center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
